Description
Anglican Church Robina, in partnership with the parishes of Burleigh Heads and Palm Beach, is seeking a Worship Pastor to help shape worship that is Spirit-lead, theologically grounded, missionally focused, and culturally authentic.
This role will lead and develop worship teams, shape the worship life of the church, and help resource worship across a growing Anglican network.
We are looking for a pastor who loves Jesus deeply, leads worship with humility and excellence, and can engage a wide range of worship expressions while honouring Anglican liturgical tradition.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing worship teams and leaders
- Planning and overseeing worship for services and events
- Recruiting, training, and pastoring worship team members
- Collaborating closely with Production and Communications
- Supporting worship in church and school settings
- Contributing to the wider leadership and spiritual life of the church
We're looking for someone who
- Is a committed Christian with a heart for Spirit-lead worship
- Has experience leading worship in medium to large church contexts
- Is musically competent and pastorally sensitive
- Can work across contemporary and Anglican worship traditions
- Is a collaborative leader who enjoys developing others
This role is full-time, part of the Leadership Team, and is licensed by the Archbishop.
