Anglican Church Robina, alongside the parishes of Burleigh Heads and Palm Beach, is seeking a Production Team Lead to help shape the worshipping life of a growing Anglican church network on the Gold Coast.
This role is ideal for someone who combines technical excellence with a pastoral heart — someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and understands how production serves worship and mission.
The Production Team Lead will develop systems, processes, and culture that enable worship to be delivered with excellence, creativity, and reliability, while nurturing volunteers and emerging leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, training, and pastoring the production team
- Maintaining and developing production systems and equipment
- Establishing clear, teachable processes for services and events
- Collaborating closely with Worship Pastor, Communications Lead, and Clergy
- Supporting Sunday services, special events, and occasional services
We're looking for someone who
- Is a committed Christian with a heart for worship and service
- Has experience in church production or similar environments
- Is confident with sound, lighting, video, and production software
- Enjoys developing teams and empowering volunteers
- Is organised, adaptable, and collaborative
This role involves Sunday and occasional evening work, and is licensed by the Archbishop. This role has a workload of approximately 12hrs/week.
