Anglican Church Robina, in partnership with the parishes of Burleigh Heads and Palm Beach, is entering an exciting new season of mission and collaboration across the Gold Coast. Our vision is to see the Gold Coast transformed by the love of Jesus — lives restored, churches revitalised, and society renewed.
We are seeking a part-time Communications Lead who has been personally transformed by the love of Jesus and is passionate about helping others encounter Christ through clear, creative, and compelling communication.
This role will serve as the network’s chief storyteller, shaping how we communicate across digital platforms, services, events, and special moments of church life. A major early focus will be supporting the rollout of a new visual identity and establishing strong, consistent communication rhythms across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a communications vision and strategy
- Overseeing digital platforms, websites, newsletters, and social media
- Storytelling that reflects the life, mission, and values of the church
- Designing and coordinating communications for services and events
- Training and mentoring volunteers and interns in communications ministry
We're looking for someone who
- Is a committed Christian with a deep love for Jesus and His Church
- Has strong skills in digital communication, copywriting, and design
- Is creative, organised, and able to work collaboratively
- Has experience building and supporting volunteer teams
- Is excited to help shape a growing Anglican church network
This role is licensed by the Archbishop and carries clear ministry intentionality. This role has a workload of approximately 20 hrs/week.
